Craftsmanship and quality in construction

We are your specialist in maintenance, renovation and finishing. RCM Bouw has all disciplines in-house, which allows us to quickly switch during the preparation and execution of the construction. We understand that making adjustments to your home is exciting! That is why work is always scheduled at a time that suits you. In this way, we ensure an efficient project in which you are completely unburdened and we strive for the highest quality!

How we work

  • Requests for quotes

We aim to respond to requests for a quote within 24 hours and to make an appointment there and then. At the appointment, we will discuss your wishes and you will receive an appropriate quote.
  • Tailor-made planning

Once you have accepted the quote, we will plan every activity to suit your needs and start work on your refurbishment or renovation straightaway.
  • Project implementation

Our professionals will get to work. During the project, you will communicate with the project leader, who oversees everything.
  • Pre-delivery

Together with the project manager, you will check that everything is as it should be. Any problems will be addressed.
  • Final delivery

The project leader will work with you to iron out any problems, after which the project can be completed and you can enjoy the result.

From quotation to delivery

We understand that making adjustments to your home is stressful. That is why the work is scheduled at a time to suit you.

Customer centric

At RCM, the interests of the customer are always central. Our entire corporate culture is based on this. From the beginning to the end of the project, we ensure that our work is carried out properly. In addition, we always think along in solutions and try to be as flexible as possible to meet your wishes where possible.

Permanent contact person

During your project, you will have the project manager as your permanent point of contact. He is the person who is responsible for ensuring that the work runs smoothly during the work. The project manager will also communicate with the customer as clearly and effectively as possible in the event of unexpected findings or changes.

If, for example, additional costs are incurred during the project, it is also the task of this project manager to communicate this as clearly as possible and to inform the customer. This is to prevent surprises at the end of the work.

At the end of the work, the project manager will walk a round for the delivery, usually together with the customer or client. During this delivery, any defects are documented and later repaired. When the delivery points have been repaired, the final delivery follows and the warranty period commences.
